RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased from our website, gmaxhelmetsusa.com, within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). Note: All closeout items are final sales and will not be accepted for returns. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the items you no longer want to keep, and make a new purchase from our site.

Upon receipt of a Return Authorization (RA) number, you will have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the product is not returned within 30 days, the RA will be cancelled and no credit will be processed. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returned orders. Credits can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

WARRANTY POLICY
We pride ourselves on a partnership with the factory to create a high quality product that meets or exceeds the strictest helmet safety standards. As riding enthusiasts with years of experience, our attention to detail and material knowledge is what makes our products stand out -because at GMAX we believe that "Details make the Difference". Our 3-Year Warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from an impact or normal wear and tear such as color fading or material break down due to weather.
