RETURN POLICY - Easy & Hassle Free
We proudly offer fast and simple returns. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid FedEx return label for just $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and approved. Just select the prepaid return option when requesting your Return Authorization (RA) number—we’ll send the label, your RA#, and return instructions directly to your email.
Return Eligibility:
- Only items purchased directly from gmaxhelmetsusa.com within the last 30 days are eligible for return through our site.
- Condition: Items must be in new, resaleable condition, meaning:
- All original tags and stickers attached
- Returned in the original packaging intact with all included documentation
- Not Accepted: Items that are worn, soiled, damaged from use, or returned with pet hair, dander, or allergens will not be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
- Damaged Packaging: If a return is received with writing or labels on the product box, or the product packaging is visibly damaged, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will not be processed.
- Final Sale: Closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return. Face masks, balaclavas, and breath guards are not returnable due to hygiene concerns.
TIP: Please inspect and clean your items before returning them to avoid delays or denial.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order at your convenience.

RETURN PROCESS
How to Return an Item:
- Request a Return Authorization (RA#):
Complete our Return Request Form. Be sure all required fields are filled out accurately. - Receive RA# and Instructions:
Once approved, you’ll receive your RA# and return instructions via email. If you choose the prepaid label, it will be included. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the RA#.
Prepare Your Package:
- Repack the item with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Place the product box inside another shipping box (do not apply labels directly on the product box).
- Clearly write your RA# on the outside of the return box.
- Ship Your Return:
- Using our prepaid label: Print, attach to the box, and drop off at any FedEx location. Keep your drop-off receipt.
- Using your own method: Choose any shipping carrier. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend a trackable method. Ship to the address provided in your RA email.
- Return Processing & Refunds:
- We’ll inspect the return within 7–10 business days of receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- If denied, we’ll contact you with photos and return options.

WARRANTY POLICY
GMAX Helmets USA warrants products to the original retail buyer for the following periods from the date of purchase:
- Helmets: 3-year warranty
- Helmet parts & accessories: 1-year warranty
If a product fails due to materials or workmanship within the warranty period, return it to the place of purchase. If covered, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue one of equal value in the same size and color.
Not covered under warranty:
- Damage due to accidents, improper use, natural breakdown of colors/materials over time, or normal wear and tear.
- Fading due to sun exposure, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions.
Product longevity depends on usage frequency and intensity, which may accelerate natural wear.
